Before

The Renovation

The staircase was upgraded with high-quality materials and modern design elements to achieve the desired transformation. The work included:

• American White Oak Components: New oak elements were installed to bring warmth, durability, and a timeless appearance to the staircase.

• Clear Oil Finish: Applied to enhance the natural grain of the oak while providing a smooth, protective finish.

• Glass Balustrade Panels: Toughened glass panels were installed within the balustrade to create a brighter and more open feel in the hallway.

• Chrome Bracket Mounts: The glass panels were secured using polished chrome brackets, adding a subtle contemporary detail that complements the oak perfectly.
